Propagation Methods from Garden Bliss Cuttings to Seedlings:

Propagation Methods from Garden Bliss Cuttings to Seedlings:

1. Medium Preparation: Mix soil and organic matter in equal proportions (use coco coir or compost if available).

2. Prepare the Cutting Medium: Ensure the soil is well-draining by creating holes in the soil using fingers or sticks.

3. Treatment After Cutting: If taken from a courier, immerse the cutting in water mixed with a minimum of one hour soaked pesticide/turmeric powder.

4. Treatment After Soaking: If soaked, cut the nodes uniformly, remove the excess, and press them into the soil with turmeric powder/pesticide.

Method 1:

  • Place a plate-type medium without holes under the feet and provide water inside the glass. Ensure excess water drains off and keep the plate moist at all times.
  • Always keep the feet in a place with shade, cold, and light.
  • When the leaves sprout, gradually acclimatize them to light and air.

Method 2:

  • Soak the feet in the water and change the water every 1/2 day. When the roots and leaves sprout, plant them in the soil.
  • Keep them in the shade, and when established, expose them to light and air.

Method 3:

  • If dried, soak the feet and plant them the same way. Water regularly and expose them to light and air when leaves sprout.

Method 4 (ICU):

  • After planting the cuttings, immerse the tub once in full water and hang a big bale with polythene from top to bottom so that no air enters. Keep in a place with light and shade. When the leaves sprout, be careful not to stick to the polythene; otherwise, they will rot. Then, expose them to light and air every day by hanging polythene for one foot with caution. If you keep the polythene open, spray water, and keep them carefully exposed to light and air for one day. Caution: Expose them carefully to light with sand.

Note: This is my ignorance, do whatever you think is easy. Mixing snail patterns in water gives good results. If the media means soil and other materials are dried in the sun, the plant dies.
